Shadowserver stats question

Hi, look at the Virus Daily Stats on

How can G DATA get a 0.74% (!!!) detection rate, when Avast and BitDefender score 68-83%?

 

Because it is unreliable.

PS, They are not using most recent products , so engines used may differ and scan settings.

 

maybe it's interesting for someone - the detection history

 

that's the vendor problem, not shadowserver.

 

I mean using it to see detection abilities is unreliable.

 

Yeah, it says it's using Avg7 when that has been discontinued a while back
