Changing # of licenses to renew

    I submitted a support ticket but never received a response on this.

    I currently have 3 licenses but I only need 2 now. How can I only renew 2 licenses?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated; I did a search but didn't see anything related to this.

    The link doesn't show a phone number.

    Do they not answer their support tickets? If not maybe it's time I find another AV solution.
