    WOW, that website owns :thumb:
Now i don't need to give real mail to register in some crappy sites :p

I've always used my "specially" made mail to register in random crap when i want to see/download contents :ouch:
Most of them are forums :p I register and only visit once LOL :ninja:

    Hello everyone,

I found out something which is bothering me - Online Armor ++ doesn't scan inside archives, when there's more than one file in them. I tried it several times and it reports only 1 file scanned. Also tried it with archived malware - doesn't detect it inside archive (when more than one file), detects it when extracted to folder and folder scanned.
    Anyone experiencing this?

i dont see it as really a problem... viruses inside archives are powerless and if the AV is able to detect the virus, it will once its extracted, so it will achieve the same thing. and if its not able to detect the virus, then it wont matter even if u wer able to scan inside cuz it wuldnt get detected.

Yeah even I agree with firzen771 malware inside a rar file is near to harmless unless you execute directly without extracting:shifty:

in which case it wuld be detected once executed. :)

Yes, but considering it doesn't have on-access scan, then it doesn't detect on extracting but only if
you right-click and scan the alredy extracted folder/files.
The really strange thing is that it scans inside archives at full scan.

Ikarus is an on execution protection. In order to execute a file it has to be extracted first. Once you execute, it will be stopped before it can fully run. Thats why I can't wait for A-squared 5. It will be both on execution and real time scan. I'll switch back to OA premium and run a-squared 5 with it.

True, the new A2 will integrated On-Access scan and fully support 64bit. :D
    Before it was On-Execution only

Yeah, A2 scanner is kinda powerful

Just don't forget to write down your e-mail and password (if you use disposable e-mail) when creating account at Tallemu (i assume if don't have already an account).
When you want to reinstall Online Armor, it has to be deactivated first by log in at Tallemu with e-mail and password.

I don't consider Tallemu crappy site.
But that's just my opinion. *puppy*

wish it wasn't thru giveawayoftheday...i usually have to re-install OS a few times a year so any of the GAOTD stuff is lost(am not set up with images yet) so i usually don't even bother to download anything from them anymore....

How is this possible as the directions state you have to add it to cart and CHECKOUT ? Sooooo , when you hit checkout , it takes you to PayPal and shows full price .
    Directions clearly state :
Choose which product you want the discount to apply to this will take you to the shopping cart.
Enter the promo code GOTD-xxx-xxx if prompted
You must use the checkout process to get your licence key
