It's A0018576.EXE and it's modified my syshost somehow because no matter how many times I instruct ESET to delete it it keeps reappearing. :cautious: Help anyone?

If you have the computer infected with Virtumonde or other resistant malware, it's likely that v4 would clean it completely. Try installing v4 (there's also v. 4.2.22 beta available) to see if it helps. Should the problem persist, contact customer care and provide them a log from SysInspector for perusal.

That file is not a registered Microsoft file, it is a malicious application. System Restore keeps a copy of certain files that you can go back to if there is a problem with your system. The file in question just happened to be one that was backed up with System Restore and is now located in it's archives. The best way to clean these types of files is to disable System Restore, which will delete all the archives, and then re-enable it.
