I'm curious what others do when you're on the road at hotels with open WiFi. Do any of you use a travel router? I had an old Netgear that I used as a travel router when I needed to connect an ethernet to it and create my own WiFi. But what do you do when the hotel has WiFi and would still like to be behind your own hardware NAT router? How does it all connect then?

I use Xerobank VPN. And you can put it on a USB stick too.

Yeah, I use XeroBank, too. I'm talking about beyond that, keeping people out of your PC on an open WiFi. I feel secure that my communications are protected.

How could they get into your computer?
