Eset NOD32 responding late

Hello Everyone.
I have installed Eset NOD32 Antivirus (paid version )and Avira (Free Edition) for better protection. And it's working preety good without any problems and conflicts.
But .. Whenever a virus is found Avira response (detects) first and if i opt the ignore option then Eset detects it there after.
So a BIG WHY ?? how do i made NOD to respond first.

Running two or more real-time protections at a time may lead to serious problems, such as system lockups or problems with detection. Please leave only one resident (real-time) file protection enabled at a time.

 

Whatever mechanism Avira is using for real-time scanning probably simply preempts whatever NOD32 relies on. It doesn't insinuate anything in particular; it just means that Avira's getting first crack at the files. All that's important is that they're scanned before they hit your system, so it's nothing to worry about.

Get rid of Avira; NOD32 is better, and as Marcos said, you never want to run two scanners concurrently.

Till today i am not any sort of problem running two avs simultaneously in real time.
but i can't ignore the suggestions of you experienced guys ...
so i have disabled Avira's real time scanning.

No hard feelings but such bold statements really have no place here. Everyone should decide for themselfves.

how about windows defender running in vista/7?

 

Defender monitors a set of system settings and IE plugins for malicious content. It isn't a true file system real-time scanner like Nod32, more of a resident OS integrity checker.

 

but it also scans files in real time too

 

It isn't injecting itself in to the I/O subsystem the way a true AV product does, which is where you get conflicts.

Aghh....
Finally I uninstalled AVIRA Free Edition.......
Now, only ESET NOD32 guarding my PC, and i can feel much smooth running apps.
guys you won't believe me i have seen PCs with 3 different brand of AV's (and they say it would help them secure there PC by 3 times, from viruses)
