NOD32 V3 - real time protection stopped working

My NOD32 V3 is showing "orange status" saying that "Access to files, email and Internet is not secured".

Under "Setup", all three options are ticked. My license has not expired, although will do so in 14 days. Surely protection should not be affected before it runs out?

The database signature is 4462 - it says it's up to date.

Help!!

 

Calm down and don't panic !

This is program design - it will say that protection is not ensured although it is not true . The single reason - you can notice it - the license is about to expire in two weeks . With this message the vendor kind of urges you to purchase earlier .

Protection won't be affected - don't worry . See yourself

 

Thanks. However it's odd that although I have a license for three PC's. only one is showing "orange status". Why only one?

 

The "orange" has now gone back to green of its own accord, following a database update. Perhaps ESET just puts the frighteners on when you're approaching renewal, as you suggest

 

Paid my subscription! I was slightly surprised that my username and password did not change! How long does it normally take to go to "status green" after renewal?
