The only thing I can can guess is I was entering the captcha code wrong, but usually after a 1-2 misses I can get it right.

I was able to register for the site as well. Are we automatically entered into the drawing? Or does eligibility have a minimum number of post requirements?

If you click to buy a-squared from www.emsisoft.com and apply a 'special' coupon code, you can get a year-long subscription to a-squared for a few dollars.

Valid until 30 September. The offer is for GIZMO readers.

You can't get better than that, a full licence for less than the cost of a McDonald's meal.

As stated in post #2 'entering a simple competition or it may even be a giveaway' Not been decided yet on how it will run but a set number of posts is not required, just being a member entitles you to enter.
Keep tabs on this post and/or look for a blue announcement entry similar to the 26th September entry a little nearer the date.

What's wrong with Outpost Free, and why didn't you feel safe with Comodo? Comodo is a top rated firewall/HIPS combo.

just did'nt like the way comodo acted. and outpost free, well i always feel wierd about using free products, like there less secure or somthin. but then again i admit, im a bit overly paranoid when it comes to internet security
