Feel free to use the material assembled anywhere (the points I linked to is where the hard work is really done) and as a resource to come up with and refine your own solutions.

However, don't be bashful from starting discussions in the various subsections on this site on points that you think need additional work, clarification, or which, in your opinion, really go in the wrong direction. It is from that type of back and forth where everyone's perspectives get refined and fully crystallized. We're all the better from that manner of discussion.
