I have been using Dr.Web and XP firewall for a very long time without any problems. Yesterday decided to install some firewall and it seems that the Outpost is a good choice for me.

It's light, trouble free and doesn't annoy me in any way despite the HIPS-features.

So Dr.Web AV + Outpost 2009 free it is, until I find a reason to uninstall it.

A2 free as scanner of C:\ root, Windows and Program Files, Hitman Pro applies a very smart set of heuristics, intrusion analyses and then runs it through the cload of which A2 is also part.

Bold statement: Hitman Pro is better than any smart scan of any AV only appplication which applies simular techniques is PrevX CSI, advantage of Hitman Pro it also offers a free 30 trial to remove malware, while PrevX requires to pay before cure.

I put the 64 bit up in mothballs and did a restore last night on my desktop 32 bit. I wanted it completely clean. At least now I can make some snapshots with it and go back to trying some of this new software.:doubt:

Made a radical change on all 3 computers, and even though I am not the most liked person by Dr Web,:doubt: , I bought a 3 user license and see why I missed it so much. Wow!! on a 3 user license to. A tad bit high. But the Web is back and I still think it is one of the best.:thumb:

Oh, if this is someones avatar here let me know and I will find another.
