Try & Decide won't start

I've just purchased True Image Home 2009, everything has went according to plan except for the Try & Decide feature, which refuses to start, giving the exact error "Failed to Start Try&Decide" every time I try to invoke it. Secure Zone is activated according to everything in that menu, but I just can't figure out how to start it. Any ideas? I'm using the latest greatest version (build 9796) on XP SP3. I noticed a different thread by others that said to search the services.msc file for a T&D service, but my services list doesn't seem to have any such service even listed, so I'm back to square one.

Have you tried de-activating T&D and restarting?

Does the rest of TI work correctly, as in making images and running scheduled tasks?

You might need to re-install TI.
