Rücksicherung

    Bei der Rücksicherung der ganzen Festplatte von einer Netzwerk-Festplatte auf die neue PC-Festplatte verlangt das Programm Workstation Echo eine 20-stellige NDAS-DEVICE-ID. Habe den Hersteller der Netzwerk-Festplatte (Buffalo) angefragt. Eine solche ID gibt es nicht!!! Was macht man in einem solchen Fall?

    I'm not sure what the 20 figure Device ID is. I thought it might be the Windows CSLID for the drive, but they are more than 20 characters.

    I think someone had a similar problem a few months ago.

    I think you need to raise a ticket with Acronis Support.
