Just curious....

    Me using smart scan to scan my pendrive but it seem like got a few file cannot be scan.I wait for an hour but it still cannot go through that file not even 1% running.It is okey tat every antivirus also cannot scan some file..?And that file is "setup_blazemp.exe"Just my school file use^^ me just afraid of autorun virus so i scan it.:p

    If the scanner is stuck on that file (you can verify it by enabling logging all scanned files or watching the statistics window), contact customer care and convey them the file in a password protected file for perusal.

    Sorry,what did u mean by "contact customer care"?It is mean i nid to contact the people that sell eset smart security 4?And it hard to understand this sentence (you can verity it by enabling logging all scanned files or watching the statistics window)?

    He means to contact customer care for your pen drive. They placed a secured file on it. They have to provide a way to unlock it for you. Don't be surprised if they won't.

    Another possibility is a school, company, etc created a secure file on it if you got it through them.

    Worst case is if you got the drive from an insecure source it probably is malware.

    I mean you should contact ESET Customer Care and provide them the file the scanner is stuck on.
