    Have you tested the drives/interface by copying a large file to and from the USB disk, and then compare with something like md5sums?

    I once had a USB enclosure that was almost guaranteed to silently corrupt data during large transfers.

    Hello OfficeIT ,

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server

    First of all please check memory module:

    1. Download the memtest utility:

    o Go to http://www.memtest.org/#downiso
    o Click Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)

    2. Unpack the downloaded archive;
    3. Burn the ISO file to a CD (see Burning an ISO Image);

    (!) Please make sure you burn the file as an Image to have the CD bootable;

    4. After that boot your machine from the media and memtest will start automatically.
    If the memory module is faulty there will appear an error count in the Errors column.
    The longer you run memtest, the better. If you can run memtest overnight without errors then you can be sure that your RAM functions correctly.

    If the issue persists try creating a backup from Acronis bootable media and let us know the results.

    Best regards,
