Paying and registered user, cant download updates!

    I am a paying user of Acronis True Image Home 2009 and have registered my software. Still im not able to download the latest build 9796 from acronis.com. Theres no download link to press at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/index.html and when i go to the Registered products & Support i am only able to download the 9770 build that i initially downloaded at the time for purchase.

    Also theres no download of "Bootable Media" as referred to in https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1514886&postcount=12 this post from Acronis dude Oleg Lee. Whats wrong?

    I know this is no help but I am able to access the latest build 9796. Went to www.acronis.com, logged into My Account, selected Registered Products & Support, and build 9796 and bootable media are both available. Hopefully, someone from Acronis may be able to help.

    Login to your previously registered acct.

    Along left margin, click on Registered Products & support which will display all your prior registered versions and any downloads which are available to you.

    I guess a question exists in that build 9770 was never offered in the English language. Therefore I have to assume that you are using a non English version. Please note that the releases may have different build numbers as a function of the given language.

    My registrations are via the UK site and the latest upgrades have never been available.

    The only one available is 9770 dated May 29, 2009.

    I cannot think that its a language problem.

    I can only see and download plug-ins when I log on to "my account" where the products are registered

    I think the OP is looking at the USA site and not where he\she is registered

    Nope, it is as english (british) as fish&chips, lukewarm beer and 365 rainy days a year :)

    Good thinking, but i´m registered at both sites and the acronis.eu site is not offering build 9796 at all, whilst acronis.com is offering build 9796 but with no download link for me. The same goes for the bootable media i referred to in earlier posting, it is nowhere to be found.......Both sites clearly states that i have one registered product, ATIH 2009, which is totally correct, but none of them will let me download the latest build and none of them offering a download link to "Bootable media".
