    They shall be delighted.
However, this is really difficult to understand - why does a company chase away all existing customers just to introduce a new product.
    That's a piece of lunacy. o_O

    Cheers

It's happened before with other companies. Remember when CA bought out Tiny Firewall or when Trend Micro bought out Intermute (ad subtract, et all)? Pretty much all support was stopped dead. And then there are the examples of DiamondCS and those who bought a license for BOclean. I am sure there are countless examples.

Whatever their decision, it is based on economics. Their anticipated responses are already assumed by them as well as their future plans and future promises.

    Hi All,
    To answer a few questions:

    - rootkit protection will be in Security Suite

    - The lifetime license is correct, there is no annual subscription and the software never expires so you get lifetime signature updates.

    - We are planning another independant test once we have implemented some changes to our signature updates (Basically we are introducing technology which will capture new signatures a lot faster). This is likely to be September time.

    - We are finalising a new build of Desktop at the moment, this new version will be completely free (no trickle feed signature updates), existing customers who purchased the desktop upgrade will retain trickle feed when they install the new version.

Desktop is based on the same codebase as SecuritySuite (since SecuritySuite is essentially desktop with extra features and GoAnywhere bundled with it) - so we will be maintaining both :thumb:

    Regards
    Polly
