True Image Home 2009, build 9796 Will Not Install

    I obtained mine by asking support. They gave me a temporary link to build #9796 a few days ago. The site I normally download updates from (Australian UK mirror) still only has #9770.

    ... difficult to understand what they are playing at.

    RAVNA you are trying to download from the wrong place. assuming you have registered your product and you want the English version.
    The Acronis UK site which I use is misleading

    The "Products Updates" link will show Build 9770 as the latest build but there is no download button.

    Instead you need to go to the link "Registered Products & Support"
    here you will see build 9796 and a download button.

    The link was down a few hours ago but I just checked and it is back.
