I cant see ekrn.exe why?

I use Eset Nod32 antivirus v4.0.437.0 and when ı check windows task manager processes, I cant see ekrn.exe, only egui.exe, why, isi it normal?

 

Noone answer the question, where is ekrn.exe ?

 

What OS do you use? If you use Windows Vista or Windows 7 that you need to click on "Show processes from all users" button. Or, as an variant, some type of malware killed 'ekrn' service.

 

Are you having issue´s with NOD32? ie. a red warning in NOD32 GUI, does scan work?

Have you checked 'Show all running processes from all user's' in Task Manager? (bottom left)

 

Ok, when ı click on "Show processes from all users" button , ı see ekrn.exe, thanks.
