ESET Smart Security caus 100%cpu

    hello when i install : ESET Smart Security its give me 100% cpu and when i uninstall its give me 0% cpu

    i have windowx xp professional sp 3


    somone have a good idea why?

    i did use : ESET Smart Security 4

    Hello chabbo,

    When the CPU jumps to 100% what's happening on the machine? What file is ESET scanning and why is it continually scanning it?
