    Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie to this privacy stuff so please bear with me. I have just lately discovered the need for privacy and am exploring different options on securing my Internet surfing. Basically, I'm sold on going for an anonynous VPN service (probably Xerobank).

After going through lots of threads, it seems to me like javascript, etc are a real threat to your privacy because even with a VPN service, they can still capture your real IP address. I think Xerobank addresses this problem with xb Browser / xb Machine.

To add a layer of privacy, what would happen if I run xb Browser in a VM? Is that possible? I'm not sure but I think xb Machine works on a similar idea right?

Hoping someone who knows about these things can help.

    Thanks!

if you do with a vpn anonymous service with encryption end-to-end, xerobank seems the greatest one as to SteveTX has said about. This service is based on Panama jurisdiction U.S. has no intervention with it. As people know U.S. has been so much putting its abusive noses into other businesses, and abusing U.S. users.

Hi Steve, when will the new version of xb Browser be released? In the meantime though, does xb Browser already protect against javascripts and other scripts that may capture your true IP address?

We are shooting for July/August release. Yes, xB Browser prevents javascript, java, flash, shockwave, 3rd party mimetypes, etc. from loading/running without your permission.

That's awesome! I think I'll be going for Xerobank. Is it true though that you're totally anonymous even if you pay through a credit card? Is there no possible way for you to match an account to the payer? Even if you were forced to?

Sorry for all the questions. I just want to know what I'm getting into. Xerobank is one of the more expensive services out there but I think it's worth it.

That is correct. At purchase time two anonymous accounts are created and use one-way asymmetric encryption so that we can't discover who owns what account, and payment data is separated from the access data.
