Does v2.7 run on Windows 2008 x86? All I could seem to find was KB Solutions ID: SOLN190 which doesn't mention OS.

    Thanks.

    Hello sedell,

I asked a Test Engineer to check this out. He tested it on Win 2k8 x86 with no issues. If you run into any problems please feel free to PM me.

    Thank you,
    Richard

Thanks. I'll give it a go later on when I get a chance.

    Hello,

NOD32 v2.7 was tested with both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows 2008 when it was released. The press release announcing this can be found here. You may lose some manageability if server is installed in a Core role, though, since the graphical parts of the interface would be unavailable, leaving the command line portion as the interface.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Perhaps the following ESET knowledgebase article will be of assistance to you:

ESET Knowledgebase Article #29, "IMON Description (2.7)"

It discusses the configuration of the IMON module in a server environment.

    Regards,

It's pretty simple, always has been the case, turn off IMON in a server environment.
