Removing protected Ver. 4 install

    Currently trying to use ERAC to push an uninstall package for EAV version 4.0.424. I have seen posts where the failure occurs because ESET has locked down the uninstall process for installations that contained password protection.

    Has anyone been able to create an uninstall package that can be pushed out via ERAC to remove version 4 that is password protected? If so, please advise.

    Push out a task from the Remote Administrator Console to the client setting the password blank, thus removing it. Then you can push out an un-install.
