newbie help

    I have the Remote admin console and server set up. I am trying to mess around with the policies I want to enforce on the clients. When I created the policy I did an update now task against my machine, and within a few minutes it was done.

    I then went back into the policy to edit some more stuff, did another update now task onto my machine however that time I let it sit and it just had the status "waiting". I let it sit for 3 hours and still nothing. I tried a few more times and it's just "waiting". How can you make sure when you are supposedly forcing something to happen that you are?

    I'm using the BE 3.0

    On the clients display in ERAC, what is the "Last connected" time for the workstation?

    It's possible that a change in policy has caused the client to no longer report to the ERA server, in which case it has never received the task.
