Don't laugh too hard and be gentle with me. I purchased a 3-user version of NOD32 from Micro Center. After installing on my PC, the e-mail said it is good for 1 computer. What do I need to do to install it on my laptops? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

I thought this would be a fairly easy question. No one out there can help?

I'd suggest contacting Micro Center or ESET, llc in the US.

I sent a e-mail to ESET. Of course, I will not get a response until Monday. They only give phone numbers to business customers. If I had known this before purchasing, I would of bought another product. Anyway, I was hoping someone on here was connected to ESET. Thanks again for your help.

I am having the same problem. Purchased $80.00 3-user Version from Microcenter, yet when I activate the software, I am only limited to one computer. What gives?

I assume that Microcenter just gave you wrong information and you actually received a username and password that can be used on 3 computers. Could you PM me your username so that I can check your license details?

It would seem to me that having the same problem some months later the root cause has not been addressed. Frankly it is scary and I am regretting this purchase. If simple licensing is an issue then I do not get a warm-and-fuzzy about putting my AV protection into the hands of ESET. I have paid for 3 licenses, should not have to go to technical support to activate them and should not have 2 other desktops swinging in the breeze without AV protection.

The instructions are clear on the label inside the jewel case about how to activate this purchase from Microcenter. The problem is the ESET activation process which is almost as anal as XmlSpy (definitely next to worse in my opinion).

This is way after the fact, but:

If you've purchased a three-user license from Micro Center, you can install the product on three machines. From my experience, the registration form always returns "1 machine" even if you register a 3-user license. If you're concerned, you can call 1-800-207-3434 (MC's phone support), and they can look up your license (ONLY if you purchased through MC).
