How to stop the ESET NOD32antivirus 4 Notification

    Hello,
    I am continously getting Notifications from my ESET NOD32antivirus 4 evertime I start my PC saying :-

    Operating system is not up to date
    The Latest verion of Windows update is not instaled .To update the operating system Click here.
    i.e http://update.microsoft.com(I am using Windows XP SP3)
    I have installed man new updates but left only 2 or 3 which are big about 248 MB,.so how can I disbale this notification.
    Please help

    I am wondering if such notification also have some sort of a false-positive alert.
