Updated to 40.417 while ago and I haven't been much on my computer. After installing 40.417 I imported the settings from version 3.

    Now:
Can't seem to be able to sync my iphone, itunes just tries to sync to but it never succeeds.

Can't update itunes or other apple software using Apple software update program.

Can't update windows, using win update from control panel it just does same as itunes.

Can't play or update steam because it won't connect.

I had no problems before, the strange thing is Firefox 3 works fine and I haven't touched the eset firewall settings.

All itunes, steam components are allowed to connect in eset settings like they were before 4.0

And itunes crashes everytime if i try to close it after trying to sync iphone.

And for bonus, even Firefox stops working after 40-random minutes. And after reboot it works again.

    Maybe go back to 3.0...:ouch:

Change your firewall setting to the learning mode. You can edit the rules later.

At first the learning mode jammed windows totally. Task manager didn't work couldn't start programs and the windows wouldn't even shut down. But after reset button and reboot eset allowed buch of stuff and now Steam works.

I have to check what changed in the eset firewall settings..

Didn't version 3 settings import properly to 4 or what was it?
