It has been ages that SAS labs say the same thing over and over again. Just look at the home page...they have maintained a constant number of detection...as per the image on the page "Detect and Remove over 1,000,000 threats!"...LOL...:D

I must admit that SAS's website is quite funny, and the changelogs of the builds are totally hilarious.

~~snip~~, why don't you drop it before you turn another thread into a pointless flamewar. It is quite obvious from your previous heated discussions with Superantispyware reps that you have a problem with them, but that doesn't mean that you need to repost your same flamebait in numerous SAS related forum threads. Just IMHO...

    Hi,
    To get back on track.
I have just updated SAS and scanned my PC, I noticed when finished that the prog's 'scanning is complete, no harmful files detected' box was missing. So I had to go into the logs to see exactly what was the result. Happily nothing found, but has the scan results box been omitted purposefully or is it a gliche with the updated prog. ? Anyone else noticed this ?

    Cheers Gordon

Are you going to start in with your nonsense again? I think last time you were put in your place quite well - maybe you should learn a lesson........

I would suggest and uninstall and re-install to see if it still happens, keep us posted.

Sorry guys, I just have to comment on this one. ;)

You say you are entitled to post your comments, but Nick are not? Alright, it also seems like you got a problem with SAS, what about flipping the coin? "No need to spin the pot further" - well, your comments do indeed just stir it more and more. If you don't want any debates, keep it quiet. Seems like you back away once you have said yours.

Re: Superantispyware just upgraded to version 2.6.1000

I hope that this is the right threat for my question....i just bought a lifetime subscription for Superantispyware..doesn't suppose to alert me when a BHO is installed,a direct X,a new startup entry, and so on?(i have had ashampoo antispyware and it did all this things, even a winsock change...)Of course,i have for all this WinPatrol,but...again,didn't an antispyware program supposed to do?
    Thanks....(sorry for my bad english)

It will alert you if something "harmful" is installed.
