I need help installing this, and ESET support stopped responding to my case.

    I'll start from the beginning...

    During the install process, it goes until it gets to the part where it says "Creating Folders": eset.jpg

    So I e-mailed ESET Support, and they got me to install their SysInspector program and send them the log file. So after seeing my log file, they send me this: eset2.jpg

    The problem is, Vista DOESN'T LET ME CHANGE THOSE PERMISSIONS THAT THEY DESCRIBED IN STEP 8.

    System file checker doesn't do anything. it goes through the process in like 30 seconds and exits.

    If there's anyone who has experience with Vista or somehow circumventing the super-admin that Vista installs on your OS, rendering you unable to take control of your own registry, any help would be appreciated... I last sent an e-mail to ESET Support about a week ago and they apparently decided my problem was too complicated

    Hello, Would you please let me know which version of Vista you are using and if you are in a computer administrator account. I will try to help you with this situation.

    Did you have v3 or v4 installed previously?
