On a WinXP 32bit system that is NOT networked in any way, is this update needed?

    Thank you,

The only changes were the ones mentioned. If you are not networking, then it will not be needed. All other features are the same.

Many thanks over again & again Todd for your generous continued support for us in this FD-ISR project.

Please keep that Lab busy, because this is a huge milestone of technological genious and i doubt anyone would disagree with that sentiment who is experienced FIRSTDEFENSE first hand from it;s early beginnings and all during it's Legendary project run.

    Sincerest Regards EASTER

i check Horizon FD-ISR but it's look like sh!t compare to old FD-ISR.

    Ditto.

LEAPFROG would make a very geat distribution center for their own SUPER! products, but they ATM and for some time since simply are apparently not well equipped enough yet for a comprehensive and ongoing support team. But the development team is a real Diamond & Gold mineral deposit of ultra-excellent programming skills.

Thats the reason i been informed of.

    Easter

My bold, but where did you get that information. You suggest a lack of capability whereas as Todd's post suggested it just wasn't economically worth it. That is a huge difference.

    Re: FirstDefense-ISR 3.31.235 *New Version*

Late as usual, and even though I don't currently network, decided to take advantage of this upgrade, so just upgraded from 3.31.233 to this version. Installation went well and have completed updating a snapshot successfully. This is the one piece of software I can count on to uninstall & install successfully on my old XP PRO SP2 machine.
Thanks to Todd and all responsible. This was my best investment ever.

    Greetings Huupi,

Sorry about that. I did not see it. It may have gone to junk mail or trapped in a spam filter. Please try again and I will look for it.

    Re: FirstDefense-ISR 3.31.235 *New Version*

    I have version "3.32.235" also.

    Hey Todd, thanks so much.
This release working well on my simple wired home network: ie: one network drive as file server and storage:
    http://www.netgear.com/Products/Storage/ReadyNASNVPlus/RND4450.aspx
    Great gear.

Uninstall and install: no issues I can see.
Found Archive address on the network drive in the new install automagically.

FDISR has seemingly no issues with the Netgear "x-Raid" system for keeping archives.
The copy/update takes longer to start and verification takes much longer than same drive or internal drive snapshots/archives.
    Regards. :thumb:
    SUCH A GREAT TOOL.

Opps, I fat-fingered in the version incorrectly. Corrected.

Yes, my typo occurred first with the installer name, and from that point on I called it "31".

    Don't worry, just do a copy/update:D :D :D :D

On the other hand this may mean we will in the distant future be able to sell these rare versions ( a bit like a penny black with a printing error) for thousands and thousands of pounds!!
