Hi Froggy Pro, I'm looking for a free digital audio enhancer,searched the web but can't find any,i know you have better resources so if there something interesting out there,let me know.

Now that you mention it I would like one as well. I have been using a device by Creative (I think its called X-fi) that plugs into a USB port and sits between the PC and the speakers (or head phones) but something that sat in the PC would be preferable.

Pro - just seems to be an alternate to windows media player. Did I miss the "enhancing" bit ?
Also it requires net framework which is a bit of a pain.

Hmm... did the required .Net 3 install,download and install took 40 min. but its worth the pain,its kinda of a revelation after many years with wmp.Now have to repeat the procedure cause i had it installed in Returnil session.

Audio "enhancer" ?!?

Well, this is probably a lot more than most folks really want, and its not really free. But you can download it and use it for evaluation with no restrictions for as long as you want. Then, if you decide you are really getting utility out of it you pay $50 for a license.
It is a full digital audio workstation software, with a ton of effects. I use it, and it is really just incredible, if you really use its capabilities.
