    I wrote a new article that has been published at XeroBank. I think this can go a long way to clearing up a lot of the misconceptions that folks have about anonymity in general, and some specific misnomers as well. Enjoy!

    Thanks Steve, that was a very interesting & insightful article.

    I liked the way you described the concept of crowding - I didn't have as clear an image of it previously.

    Really good article Steve, I enjoyed that myself. I wish I could agree that privacy and being anonymous WEREN'T dead, or at least in their death throes. But sadly, with every thread posted in this particular forum, it looks that way. Some of the loss is necessary, imho, but lawmakers tend not to be very good at judging how far something needs to be pushed to get the job done without overdoing things.
