purchased nod32 with wrong email

    hi,

    Ive purchased nod32 anti virus for two years with credit card, the whole thing went through fine then i found out my email from my isp is no longer valid, but i have 5 emails with my isp and i am trying to have the details sent to my other working email but i have emaild support many times and i only ever get the auto responding email saying in 24 hours and its been nearly 2 days when the site says no longer then 24 hours and its been many hours longer then 24..

    i dont know whats going on if the money has been taken as i have recieved nothing, i imagine its all been sent to the non working email, but even after explaining it in the email to support i recieve nothing and i am getting more then a little worried: i know its my own fault i dont blame the nod32 people but i am left with no antii virus on my new lap top and i am waiting for my details to start downloading,

    please if anyone could advise me what i can do next to hurry the process up a little.

    Don't worry, these things happens all the time, they are fixable. Give support a few days to respond.

    thanks for the reply..

    i was not sure if i should cancel it or if this would count towards my days but i am getting no response at all from customer service, like they dont exist..

    i used to have nod32 and i was always 100% virus free so i liked it alot nod2.7 but now there is no reply nothing. is it supposed to take this long? they must be very busy or doing checks that its my account? or they are trying to email my non working email no questions emailed to me nothing a few days later and nothing.. 3 days later tomorrow i hope i will get something.. is the customer service in america?

    i feel like i should be canceling the payment.. :/

    when i used to have nod32 a few years ago customer service used to reply much quicker, now they are dead or something they just ignore all my emails and its getting frustrating that in nearly 3 days ive got nothing.. do they have a phone number i can call them?

    so it seems yes..

    i click to buy and it re-directs me to http://www.adaox.gr/purchase/ automatically even if i dont want it to. it would be so much easier just to buy from all one site instead of directing me to my home country site Greece/Cyprus Online Shop

    is that bad? or does it mean i have to contact other people who wont reply? or does it mean that because its .gr i cant send from the websiteo_O?

    oh i forgot to add that one time when filling out form for customer support i put location england to see if they reply any faster.... ( nothing)

    On the contact us page, listed at the top, are some phone numbers in Cyprus. That might be the quickest way to address the problem.

    Otherwise, an ESET moderator may be able to help here when they make an appearance.

    thanks, but the mods here are able to do it right i dont have to ring to cyprus line??

    though its 12am here so i would have to wait until tomorrow and ring..

    do you think anyone will be here tonight so i can get it downloaded?

    and like the windows vista i activated over the phone the cyprus numbers wouldent work and i had to ring to england to activate..

    i feel so stupid for entering wrong email nothing like this has happened before and now im getting nowhere trying to change my email..

    it would be good if when i chose a password it would let me login anytime without confirming email so i could change the email to send the details as i have the password and email i signed with just the email i put does not work which causes alot of hassle trying to get it changed..

    i have many times in the last 2 coming on 3 days now and i get no reply to my email just the auto reply one,,, maybe support needs to do security tests to see its my order? i sent confirmation thing after i orderd copy/paste and my password i signed up with and what credit card i used and the bank of where the card is from.. and the noin working email and the email i would like the info sent to

    first of all I'd like to emphasize that international sales are not allowed so you shouldn't have been able to purchase from the US at all. Could you please explain what website you purchased EAV from? Upon opening the US purchase page, you should have been redirected to your local distributor's website.

    i was saying in my earlier post why cant eset just have one place to buy nod32 then you download it whats the need for directing me to my own country website i am happy to buy from america but it wont let me..

    so i clicked for nod32 anti-virus for two years filled out my information credit card and then to realise the email i enterd is not valid,... so i sent a email to this non working email just to make sure and it comes back failed so i send a email to support on the website eset..support/contact whatever the page is and now its 3 days later i dont know if the money is taken from my credit card visa and support just dont reply to ANY of the many support emails i sent so now i am left no a 16 day trial witrh the nod32 beta 4 and no username and password to activate it because support wont reply to me its getting very annoying even though it was my fault.

    it was si much easier and i would get so many more fast replies when it did not do this re-directing rubbish.. a few years ago i had nod32 and it did not do this... i sent off for nod i sent a email to support becasuse i was unsure of what happens next and they replied very fast... nwo its like they are dead or i am being ignored and without a word given my credid card for nothing..

    i hate the way this re directing thing works id rather buy from america. i actually get replies from support. i mean its the same thing why does eset mind or care to buy from america :?
