Unable to register

    I've just bought ATI Home 2009 from Amazon. There is a flyer inside that says to overcome having to type in the incredibly long serial number, you can go to http://www.acronis.eu/ATIHome/registration. This link doesn't work. What is the correct link?

    I've tried registering via the normal route but typing in the first two 8 number blocks doesn't work

    PS. The blocks are actually "Number blocks", they contain letters as well so slapped wrist on the proof reader.

    I cut and pasted my numbers from the confirmation email.

    I can't even get to that stage - the European registration link as written on the sleve is either wrong or down.

    BTW - this wasn't bought electronically - it was physical media.

    Have you tried using Live Chat? They sorted me out when I had a similar problem.

    I found myself here because I have the duff url in the flyer from the product box as well. I tried clicking on the link in Michael Levchenko's post and it didn't work. Retyping what appeared in the IE address bar to make it look like the link in the post produced a plausible looking page but so far no email to let me proceed with registration. I suggest that this issue might need something more visible on the Acronis home page as a solution to avoid a lot of irritation.
