Youtube video

I need one software or addon like Download Helper that grab and convert video.
Dowload helper is easy and no need cut paste URL or anything just click and grab but i cant convert video or audio ..it redirect to thr homepage and requires Install Free FFMPEG but i dont know from where i can find this.

So if someone can help me to find one Addon or software to grab and convert youtube video

i've never used it though because i use opera and firefox scripts which add urls under the videos, they aren't converted though!
