ATI 2009 deletes files ?

    Sorry, that's 9646! Hope I didn't get everyone's hopes up that there's another release to investigate...

    Repeatedly posting the same question is kind of rude. You can initiate a support ticket if you want help form Acronis. If you want help from those of us that try to help, it would be nice to not have the needless clutter. It doesn't make our free time any more available and is likely to get you put on folks' Ignore List.

    Thanks shieber but as previously pointed out this is to give a heads up on those who buy ATI2009 with this very serious flaw when using Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail programs.

    Contact Acronis support and submit technical request using this link or contact us via Live Chat. Attach log file with backup creation to the request:

    - Start Acronis True Image;
    - Select Tools -> Show log;
    - Choose the log entry which contains errors;
    - Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;
    - Send us the log.

    The issue with .pst files has been resolved.

    Hi Oleg,

    Are the problems with Outlook Express files being deleted and Wallpaper being deleted, etc. also corrected?

    - The issue with Outlook Express files is resolved.
    - We haven't received any reports about Wallpaper being deleted by means of build #9709.

    Should someone still experience these issues, please let us know about it, we will investigate them.
