    If you're definitely sure you're infected and it isn't detected by nod32 you should download ESET SysInspector and create a log, then email it to support("at")eset[dot]com with this threads URL in the subject. Once assisting you with cleaning they will probably ask for a certain file to be submitted so they can add it to detection.

    ctlmon.exe
    explore.exe
    initinfo.exe

    Compress the file(s) into a .zip or .rar archive, and password protect it with the password “infected”.
    Make a note of this password in the email, attach the zipped file, and email it to samples@eset.com.

    i don,t know how to find it. maybe i must wait my brother,because i don.t undestand. thx. :(
