My understanding is that your old key continues to work. Dr. Web does not care if you use both.

How do you find anything about Dr. Web in English. I can't read Russian. When I tried to download the trial version, everything, was in Russian.

if the website is in Russian, look at the top right for the option box to change it to English.

Also, if you need some info in english, ask me :D

Thanks C.S.J. With all the Russian words on the page, I didn't notice the drop down box. :p

Also, thanks for the offer to help.

as for the Migration, im still not sure if the discount T&C's has changed or not.

I know it says on some pages business licences only, but on the migration page it doesnt mention anything of the sort.

I think its best to find out and clear the air on this question once and for all. :)

also, you could try this page to see if the 15% discount is still active.

We can't invalidate your old license, and what is more important, don't have such intention. It is completely up to you to trial and decide which product is better. The whole reason of this kind of discount is to make it easier to change because you've already invested in something else.

If you are saying you can not black list a paid and valid license, that would be incorrect. You have.

They cant invalidate a license from another antivirus like Avira , Kaspersky and they dont want to. But ofcourse they can blacklist a Dr web fake or stolen license file.

I think I said valid and paid for. But lets just not go down that path, it isnt worth it.

I meant the "migration" offer. We have no way to invalidate a license we didn't issue. But I'd like to emphasize what we never ever wanted to do that. A user still retain the right to use whatever he/she wants, the "old" license remains valid. That's all.

    Serge Popov made it clear.

I make your worlds mine , It isnt worth it. You became agressive only because someone "corrected" your comment , great :doubt: .

your licence was blacklisted for reasons only you are aware of.

if they wont fix it for you, there must be reasons...

They do not blacklist licences for the sake of it.

Ouch, must have been pretty bad for that to happen, but I guess that's how it goes.
