    No problem,

    if SpiderGate is not installed, it should not (impossible) give a 'very noticable' increase in surfing speed, in comparison to SpiderGate disabled, as its the same thing.

    it could just be your Internet speeds fluctuating.

    Here is another strange problem. My Spidergate is shutting itself off. I start the service and several minutes later it is disabled again. This is really disturbing me. Anybody experience this before?

    nope. lol :doubt:

    I think your having some big PC problems, do you install much software?

    because something definatly does not sound correct with your machine, try re-installing, if this does not fix the issue, then i suggest you contact Technical Support immediately.

    And because of webscanner the antivirus only runs better in Op computer.

    @kasperking

    I recommend to you to use Firefox + NoScript and surf with SandboxIe , you will be much more protect than with a webscanner.

    It's insignificant, but I was just wondering.

    Is the PC shut down faster to anyone that has installed Dr.WEB v5 unlike to v4?

    My PC (Vista) used to shut down in 25-30 sec, after v5 it does it in 10 sec flat.
    It's either that or a Windows Update.

    I haven't seen any difference in Start Up though.
