I had a bad power supply in my PC and had to replace it. When I did, I cleared the BIOS which set my PC's date back to January 2002. After rebooting with the wrong date, NOD32 v3.0.642.0 updated the virus database to 3733 (20090102). When I tried to use windows internet time update, it failed and I had to manually adjust the date and time. After that, the internet time and date updated normally. The problem I am having is that my NOD32 tray icon is red and when I open it, it says that the virus database is out of date. It has an update from January 2, 2009 but it still says out of date. The update it has is the most recent released version. How do I correct this issue so that the virus database says it is up to date? Do I just need to wait until there is a new update?

    Thanks

if your bios date is not correct, next update should fix it I think

Try rebooting and clicking update manually.
