What does it mean when your browsing in firefox and you have to resend data.

I was on myspace and this message came up when I clicked the back button. What does this mean??

 

it means you're going back to a page where you have entered information and that information can't be retrieved because it's not in the browser cache, like a captcha or https so you have to resend that bit of data - the page could have server side information. you don't always need to resend data though, it's just likely you will have to. i think that's right.

 

Any way to make this come up less?

Or whenever you leave one of those pages, and you want to go back, use the back button arrow to skip that particular page and visit the page before that.
