Using WinXP Home, the Eset Smart Security toolbar shows both icons & text in Thunderbird 2.0.0.18. If in user interface, delete the check mark on icons, then restart TB, the icons return.

Also tried unchecking icons and checking small icons, and upon restart the large icons have returned and "show icons" is again checked, but small icons is not checked -- of course, "text" is still checked and is seen.

No need to send a screen shot. The Eset Smart Security toolbar is seen with large icons at top and text below each icon. I have removed the toolbar from view since it takes too much space.

    With Thunderbird version 2.0.0.18 (20081105)
    ESET ESS 4.0.68.0
    Windows 2000 professional

Small Icons +/- text seams to work OK for me.

    BTW
Has any one found a way of putting the icons on the same line as the standard "Mail toolbar"?

It isn't designed to work this way yet.
