If you have another networked computer to use, you can do the following:

    Code:
sc \\[i]yourbrokenbox[/i] config ekrn start= disabled
sc \\[i]yourbrokenbox[/i] config EhttpSrv start= disabled

(replace yourbrokenbox with NetBIOS name of the broken box, or with its IP address). This should disable the NOD32 services on that box. Then reboot it and try to log on and uninstall NOD32.

Create bootable media using Bart PE and boot with it. Look for strange entries in the Run section in registry. Maybe you will find something that is causing this.

It helped me when I had the similar problem as yours.

    Hi all,

Thank you very much for your all support, Just for knowledge...

First I reset Win XP password by following repair & Shift + F10 during installation.

After that I try to login as a Administrator but the same issue. Still on login & logoff loop.

So I connect this HDD with my other win xp computer & copy following file...

    C:\Windows\System32\ userinit.exe

I copy above file from my working winxp HDD to this HDD.

now I am able to login with Administartor & I uninstall NOD32.

I am thinking that my computer already inflected with malware & trojon that is why after install NOD32 it was only going into this login & logoff loop.

But Thanks you so much from every one... who replied for my post.

    Thanks
    :)
