Is ESET out of business?

    Hi--

    Is ESET out of business?

    I have been trying since at least July 18 to get help with a Linux installation of NOD32, and neither ESET nor my dealer, (removed) have responded to emails nor telephone calls since September 2, 2008, the most recent being November 10.

    I have tried contacting ESET via their ccreply@eset.com at their @cases.netsuite.com address.

    There seems to be a bug in the linux installation procedures if not the whole program for linux use.

    If either are known for sure to be in business, what sure-fire techniques do you have for getting their attention at a level that will get some action?
