LoL ,they didnt offer me nothing, and i do not intend to stay all day deleting useless posts or banning people like you.BD is a good antivirus and i will not watch and look how someone, that do not use it ,says crap on forums with many members like this one.BD is a software and as any piece of software my show bugs in some specific hardware and software configurations.
Like i said ignore BD mate ,its not for you.As for the age im not 80 or more :thumb:
By the way, BD 10 was excellent, look at the av-comparatives 2006 table Advanced and Advanced + all over.
This is my last paranoid repply.

I just feel bad for all the customers that really buy BD and then see it that it has alot of bugs and issue's and so has other product of AV's as well, but their support at least try to do something about them and reply within 24/7hours to their customers and try to help them.

But Bitdefender had issues and bug since version11 last year and the Online-Scan from BD have not worked more then 1 week soon 2 and their supporter says yeah yeah we will fix, well does it take more then 1 month to fix just a Online-Scan ? , NO but they are lazy.
You see self alot of people has issue and bugs but they just want to feel that the support and development from BD support them but they dont even do that, thats the big problem in BD, they dont like to take care of their OWN issue's.

You can't protect a bunch group of idi** of BD when they can't protect them self,
    That's good that you're not 80 but maybe rewind :) 08 - 8....

    Bye,

Well admins and mods in my opinion this thread "has to die" no more positive comments will appear here , now it only will flame Bitdefender

Yeah, some people can only feel better by flaming a product. They jumped in this thread flaming BD but you'll see them flaming NOD or KAV or Norton or Mcafee or Avira, etc. In the end, they have no opinion, they just want to flame.

As for BD, I've been using it since v9, it always scored great in tests. It does have some bugs, like all the other AV, unfortunately, but their support answered me 90% of the time in 24 hours. When live support is online then resolving the issue always went super fast.

Thanks, webbit and kinwolf, for bringing something positive back to this thread.

By the way, the install files for ALL of the BD AV products have jumped almost 20MB in size to reflect the hugh increase in the virus signature file.

    Hello webbit,

See if the terminal services service is running. To check that please do this: press the windows button together with r now type this services.msc press enter. Right click on the terminal services choose properties and by startup type select automatic press on apply and ok. Reboot your pc and see if your issue is resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Niels
