    Just tried it but seems they have to work on their upload capabilities - it takes ages, Jotti worked much faster for me.

    I had no issues uploading from here, you can also give their uploader applet a try.

    Hopelessly outdated scanners, and no information about whether they submit samples to vendors.

    Also seems highly suspicious they are using Kaspersky 8.0.0.375 when virustotal is still on v7....which suggests they are just using commandline option on a normal home user version...which I am pretty sure breaks the EULA...

    From the looks of it, the service uses Amazon Cloud ( EC2) service. So in all probability they are using commandline utility of each engine.
