win31.dll.vbs

appreciate more info on the above as it appears on my drive yesterday and had problems accessing internet since monday after updating virus defination (eset smart security). not much info on this (win31.dll.vbs)after searching the internet.
another problem is the heading on my explorer suddenly had the following words at the end of every web heading - BANTAI MAK BAPAKMU BLOON e.g wilder security forums - post new thread - BANTAI MAK BAPAKMU BLOON
I remembered it was Window Internet Explorer previously.

Please download a copy of ESET SysInspector, save a log file, and email it to support@eset.sk along with the WIN31.DLL.VBS file inside a .ZIP or .RAR archive file protected with a password of "infected" and with a link to this message thread for further assistance from ESET's support engineers.
