CANON A95 CAMERA NOT DETECTED

    am running zoombrowse. cannot download or upload.
    get message: no camera detected. sometimes the
    program does work. tried reinstalling.
    tried with win98 and xp.

    thanks a million. i contacted them and they helped.
    basically i downloaded the driver for my computer,
    and started the computer with the camera off. then,
    when i turned it on a dialog came on making the final
    installation.
