    Hi,
I'm giving a try to ESS firewall.
If I test it with Shieldsup, ESS fails the Truestealth analysis, because:
"Solicited TCP Packets: RECEIVED (FAILED) — one or more of your system's ports actively responded to our deliberate attempts to establish a connection."
In another test, many ports are closed, but not stealth.

Have I to modify some settings, or is it something not to be worried about?

Are you behind a router? If you are and port forwarding is not setup, it is just scanning your router.

Even if it is your computer, as long as ports are closed, it shouldnt be a problem.

Look at the prior posts (below) as they're somewhat "instructional". This Leak Test topic can promote talking in circles and involve whose definition matters most of "what does Safe really mean?" - or - "I want to break the Malware's jaw with my right fist but ESS uses the left -why?", etc. etc. --

Try Advance Search for GRC leak and you'll get a mouth-full of opinions.
