NOD32 starts off

Good day.
i use the eset administration console along with the nod32.
everyday i check my workstations through the console and everyday is see that the same workstations are colored red or orange. everyday i set them back to on and the very next day (sometimes even on the same day) there back in red.
red (if you don't know) mean's that the real-time security is off.

any ideas?

Is the real-time protection actually enabled on workstations?

 

I think what marcos is trying to say here.. is it actualy enabled by default? Perhaps people reboot it and it doesnt start up automaticaly?

Also are the NOD clients password protected? Perhaps users are turning it off?

i checked and the nod client is on.
also there is a password so they cant turn it off.
are there any other possible errors?

 

The nod32 client is on, but is the realtime protection feature also enabled by default?
Setup-Advanced Options-Antivirus and antispyware\Real-time system protection

Make sure the "enable real time file system protection" checkbox is checked and that at the bottom of that same page "Automatic real-time file system protection startup" is checked?

Is there anything in the log (both event and NOD32)?

 

the real-time protection is enable. most client's starts ok. there are only 5-6 out of 100 that have a problem.
