Australia Taking Piracy Fight to Airports?

To me it's absolutely amazing how the whole world is bowing to the industry in the US.

Instead of thinking, they just copy the arguments and opinions of the recording companies, regardless of whether they are contravening national laws or not.

For me the whole discussion is doctoring around with the symptoms, instead of making it more affordable, so that piracy becomes worthless. But I presume it's the flow of time.

In Germany you pay a monthly fee for any computer as you could , theoretically, connect it to the net and watch national TV, so you pay a license fee. That the laptop or desktop does not have a LAN socket or wireless capability is irrelevant as you could, theoretically, buy an adapter and then connect it to the internet and watch German national TV or listen to the radio broadcasts. Theoretically. That's sufficient.

It's the money that counts.
